     This CD offers 14 fun and calming exercises using music, breathing, muscle relaxation, and guided active imagination to soothe and release tension. This companion (or stand alone) piece to the book Ready… Set… R.E.L.A.X. has proven effective for children from preschool to middle school.
     The program opens with a detailed progressive muscle relaxation script intended to give children the foundation of relaxation from which to build.  The 15 tracks include all of the relaxation scripts from the Ready…Set…R.E.L.A.X. book as well as a brief relaxation script and a script intended to reduce test anxiety.
